Zhongci Loaded 10ton Fine-pored Silica Gel to Russia

Zhongci loaded 10tons fine-pored silica gel and ready to ship it to Russia on July 30th, 2025.

Introduction to Fine-Pored Silica Gel

Fine-pored silica gels, also known as A-type silica gel, is a highly active adsorbent material with a microporous structure. It mainly composed of silicon dioxide (SiO₂) and forms numerous tiny pores through special processing techniques, resulting in an extremely high specific surface area. This desiccant plays a crucial role in industrial production by effectively absorbing moisture in the air, maintaining a dry environment, and preventing products from getting damp and deteriorating.

Physical and Chemical Properties of Fine-Pored Silica Gels

  • Appearance: It is in the form of transparent or translucent spherical particles. The particle size customized according to different needs, such as 0.3 – 1mm silica gel particle balls.
  • Mechanical Strength: It has relatively high mechanical strength.
  • Stability: It exhibits good chemical stability and thermal stability. It is insoluble in water and any solvent, and does not react with any substances except strong alkalis and hydrofluoric acid.
  • Safety: It is non – toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly, meeting the requirements of modern industry for green and environmentally friendly materials.

Adsorption Properties of Fine-Pored Silica GelS

Fine-pored silica gels has strong adsorption capacity, fast adsorption speed, and high regeneration efficiency . From the curve of coarse-pored silica gel and fine-pored silica gels, it can be that fine-pored silica gels has obvious advantages in moisture absorption capacity under low relative humidity conditions . This makes it an ideal choice in environments where low humidity maintained.

Applications of Fine-Pored Silica GelS

Fine-pored silica gels is widely in various fields. It is mainly as a gas purifier, desiccant, pressure swing adsorption material, air humidity regulator, and catalyst carrier. It also used in the refining of petroleum products. In addition, it can be for drying and moisture-proofing. Its applications cover chemical industry, medicine, food, electronics, textile and other industries.

Manufacturing Process of Fine-Pored Silica GelS

The manufacturing process of fine-pored silica gels involves multiple links, including raw material selection, pretreatment, drying, activation, screening, and packaging. In the activation process, its adsorption performance can be significantly improved through heating or chemical treatment.

English Synonyms of Fine-Pored Silica GelS

Fine-pored silica gel has multiple English synonyms, such as Drysilicagel, cataloid, the(r)desiccant, silica dioxide pyrogene, high dispers, etc.
