The surface structure has good wetting properties, which can accelerate the flow of liquids and reduce the amount of filler stagnation. This reduces the chances of overheating, polymerization, and coking.

Firstly, the separation efficiency is high. The separation efficiency of ceramic corrugated packing is high due to its design and shape, which can separate.
Secondly, there is a large gap. Its shape is wavy, so the gap is large, and the void ratio of regular packing can reach over 95%. Therefore, the flow is large and the production efficiency is high.
Thirdly, the liquid holding capacity is low. Ceramic corrugated packing has a low liquid holding capacity, a high operating liquid to gas ratio, and high elasticity. At the same time, due to the low liquid holding capacity of packed towers, which is generally only 1% to 6% of the tower capacity, while the liquid holding capacity of sieve plate towers is 8% to N% of the tower capacity. Low liquid holding capacity means that the liquid stays in the tower for a short time, the operating pressure drop is small, and it is also conducive to variable operating conditions
Fourth, the startup time is short. Due to its high separation efficiency, large gaps, and low liquid holding capacity, it effectively reduces the start-up time of the device
Fifth, acid and alkali resistant ceramic corrugated packing is resistant to strong acids and alkalis. Therefore, it widely use in the pharmaceutical industry.
Sixth, it is easy to transport because its shape is more neat and convenient for long-distance transportation. It can reduce some of the procurement costs for enterprises.
