The double-layer ceramic dome is to support the bottom plate of the tower cavity with anti-corrosion coating, and it includes gas bricks, spherical arch bricks, arch core bricks, and arch foot bricks.
The Characteristics of Ceramic Dome
Its characteristics are: the arch core brick is cylindrical or conical, with a lower ring shaped body formed by the combination of spherical arch bricks on the outer periphery of the arch core brick, which is butterfly shape. There are arch foot bricks on the outer periphery of the spherical arch brick, and an upper ring shaped body formed by the combination of air laid bricks on the upper part of the lower ring shaped body.
The top surface of the air laid brick is provided with a groove, the bottom surface of the air laid brick inclined, the side and top surfaces of the spherical arch brick inclined, the bottom surface of the air laid brick and the top surface of the spherical arch brick inclined at 35-60 °, and the cross-section of the spherical arch brick is I-shape.
The Raw Materials
The double-layer ceramic dome produced by Pingxiang Zhongci Ceramic Factory made of kaolin, ceramic powder, industrial high alumina, quartz, and a small amount of additives and fluxes through production processes such as raw material selection, mud preparation, high vacuum extrusion molding, drying, shaping, and high-temperature sintering.
We strictly control the heating rate when firing the ball arch. Ensure that the finished product does not crack or deform due to rapid heating. At the same time, high-strength ceramic used, and a sintered all ceramic double-layer composite dome made of glass phase as the matrix, containing a large number of network needle shaped mullite crystals, a certain amount of corundum crystals, and quartz crystals. It has a hard ceramic body with dense sintering and internal structural points. Its main chemical component is SiO2 Al 2 O 3.
Based on our company’s production and application experience, as well as inorganic non-metallic materials and testing results, it shows that when the SiO2 Al 2 O 3 ratio of acid resistant ceramic material is 3:1, its acid and corrosion resistance is strong. Except for hydrofluoric acid, hot phosphoric acid, and concentrated alkali, it can withstand all inorganic acids and acids, and has good corrosion resistance to various concentrations of sulfuric acid and nitric acid, with a temperature resistance of ≥ 1300 ℃
