What is Molecular sieve oxygen generator ?

Molecular sieve oxygen generator generally uses the pressurized adsorption atmospheric pressure desorption (HP) method, which involves two adsorption towers undergoing the same cycle process to achieve continuous gas supply.

The entire system is fully automatically control by a micro-controller.

working principle

The process consists of two towers. After being pressurized by the compressor, the raw air passes through the air pretreatment device to remove solid impurities such as oil and dust, as well as water, and is cooled to room temperature.

The treated compressed air enters the adsorption tower equipped with molecular sieves through the inlet valve. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and other gases in the air are adsorbed, and the flowing gas is high-purity oxygen.

When the adsorption tower reaches a certain saturation, the inlet valve closes and the flushing valve opens, and the adsorption tower enters the flushing stage.

After that, the flushing valve closes and the desorption valve opens to enter the desorption regeneration stage, thus completing one cycle.

matters needing attention

When starting the oxygen generator, do not place the float ball of the flow meter at zero position;

Do not turn on the machine without installing filters and screens;

When the oxygen concentrator is working, try to place it in a clean indoor location, with a distance of not less than 20 centimeters from walls or other surrounding objects;

The oxygen concentrator should place steadily, otherwise it will increase the noise of the oxygen concentrator operation;

When using an oxygen concentrator, avoid open flames to prevent fires;
