Two Methods of Nitrogen Production (PSA Carbon Molecular Sieve)


There are currently two main methods of nitrogen production, one is industrial cryogenic oxygen production. In industry, nitrogen and oxygen can be produced from air by using 13X molecular sieve with different boiling points of nitrogen and oxygen. This is relatively primitive, and the purity of oxygen and nitrogen production is relatively high. The operation is relatively cumbersome and not suitable for small factories to process and produce. Another method is PSA nitrogen and oxygen production. The medium catalyst for PSA nitrogen generator is CMS carbon molecular sieve. PSA nitrogen generator can choose different carbon molecular sieve media according to customer requirements. For example, the customer requires a nitrogen concentration of 98%, 330M3/H (330 cubic meters per hour). Then we can choose CMS-200 carbon molecular sieve. If the customer has high requirements and needs to produce nitrogen with a concentration of 99.99% . And at least 110 cubic meters of nitrogen per hour. We can recommend CMS-260 carbon molecular sieve.
